Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. In the event the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc...) we'll pay the return shipping cost in that case.
When returning an item:
- All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases the refunds process sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Final Sale Policy:
- All sale items marked as Final Sale upon purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or defective items
In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged due to shipping handling and/or weather conditions during shipment, or your package arrives defective, we'll issue a replacement at no charge. Please notify us of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
DISCLAIMER: Most items from Noevra Mist are handmade or handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These variations are not grounds for a claim.
Shipping
Our general order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email notification to the email address associated with the order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world however; note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.
STAMP POSTAGE SHIPPING
We understand some items in our shop can be easily shipped at an extremely low cost in a standard envelope with stamp postage. We're happy to provide this option to our customers and are willing to ship extremely low weight items through united states postal service, such as single bookmarks and sticker sheets when order weight is equal or less than 2 ounces.
If selecting Stamp postage as your shipping method at checkout please note stamp postage does not contain tracking. Stamp postage shipping times to arrive are generally anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.
IF SELECTING STAMP POSTAGE SHIPPING, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT NO TRACKING WILL BE GIVEN AND SHIPMENT RUNS THE RISK OF BEING LOST IN THE MAIL. NOEVRA MIST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS OF STAMP POSTAGE ENVELOPES AND REPLACEMENT SHIPMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
